Since my last post, I've had the baby and I must admit that I never expected to love motherhood this much. I am absolutely loving it. It has it's days of pure chaos when I cant seem to figure out whats happening.
But I am loving it and feel like my heart would burst with love for my baby when I watch him eat, sleep or coo at me. His cries can be deafening but when it comes to the hugs and kisses, its a landslide. My baby's name is Emmanuel Drugu. Just that! He is beautiful and now at three months old, he is developing his own personality.
He feeds well and sleeps well too....These days Emmanuel is trying to turn on his back and holds his head up very well. He responds with coos, smiles, laughs and that cute curious look...He loves his baths and now tries to grab and put everything in his little mouth. I think he has just discovered that his voice can have different pitches so these last few days have been filled with Emmanuel squelling to high pitches and volumes....what next?? I wonder.
